Return & Refund Policy

At Being Animal, we care deeply about your satisfaction and strive to ensure every product you receive reflects our commitment to quality and compassion for wildlife.

If for any reason your order doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help. Please read our return and exchange guidelines carefully.


1. Eligibility for Exchange or Return

  • We offer size exchanges only if the item does not fit.
  • Returns are accepted only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
  • You must raise your request within 5 days of receiving your order
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
  • Sale items, personalized orders, and gift cards are not eligible for exchange or return.

2. Exchange / Return Process

  • Email us at support@beinganimal.in with your order number and reason for exchange or return.
  • Once approved, we’ll share the return shipping address and next steps.
  • Please ensure the product is securely packed to prevent any damage in transit.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of damaged or incorrect products.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos or videos.
We’ll offer you:

  • A replacement, or
  • A full refund (including shipping charges), as per your preference.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are applicable only for approved damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund status.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
  • If you don’t receive your refund within this period, please check with your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they haven’t been shipped.
  • Once shipped, cancellation requests will be treated as returns, subject to our policy above.
