Shipping Policy
Welcome to Being Animal! We’re thrilled to deliver our wildlife-inspired products directly to your doorstep. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we process and deliver your orders.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your confirmation email.
You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.
In case of high order volume or stock unavailability, processing times may be slightly extended. We’ll notify you promptly if there are any significant delays.
2. Shipping Timelines
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days across India.
- Express Shipping (if available): 2–4 business days for select pin codes.
Delivery timelines may vary based on your location and courier partner availability.
3. Shipping Charges
All our orders are shipped free of cost.
There are no additional shipping fees, regardless of order value.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email and/or SMS with a tracking number and link.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.
5. Delivery Areas
We currently ship across India.
However, some areas/pin codes may not be serviceable due to courier partner limitations.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
6. Delayed or Lost Packages
If your order is delayed or missing, please contact us at support@beinganimal.com with your order number.
We will coordinate with our courier partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
7. Address Changes
If you need to modify your shipping address, please email us within 12 hours of placing your order.
Once the order is shipped, we will not be able to make address changes.
8. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the product and packaging.
We’ll be happy to assist with a replacement or resolution.
